Rachel’s interest in Colonics started with a driving, enthusiastic desire for optimal health for her and her three children.  Parenting has driven her to explore and truly understand healthy digestion and elimination for people of all ages. She explores the concept of food as medicine. Sourcing food from farm to table is in part the result of years in the food service industry. She is avid about natural health from head to toe.

Rachel keeps a lush organic home garden and raises healthy egg-producing chickens. Her other interests include hosting dinner parties, hiking the multitude of beautiful Minnesota trails, and, whenever possible, dancing the night away.
